"Staff is great rooms super clean"

"I was positively surprised. Very well kept hotel and fresh rooms. Great bed, modern TV with lots of channels, a fridge and great shower. Complimentary basic breakfast nice plus too. Great value for the money. If you don’t want/need to stay downtown, this is a great choice for a very good night sleep. Lone Star restaurant next door if you are hungry. "

"Good room size. Clean hotel. Disappointed on arrival that I was put on the 2 floor with a dog because they had forgotten I was bringing one. I did have communication about the dog prior to the trip. It would have been much easier to take the dog out regularly. The only other thing that was minor but slightly sad is I asked if the breakfast had bacon and I was told they did have bacon each day. When I got down to the breakfast they only had sausage patties (which I don't eat). Again this was a small thing."

"Place is tired and needs a refurbishment. Staff nice but not Fairmont level. 3 star service. Amazing property but don’t go expecting top notch service or modern amenities. "
