“Room is nice and modern with all the things you need in a motel for the night, close to everything, Just needed better sound proofing ”

“The room was immaculately clean and very spacious. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Checkin/out was a breeze and the location was quiet even though close to shops. Albany mall is within a 15min walking distance. The bed was a very generous size and very comfortable with ample pillows provided. There was only one bedside light however, and a thin blanket. Although there was a heat pump, an extra/thicker blanket as an option would have been appreciated. Overall, would definitely stay……

“Room was refurbished on the inside but the fit and finish was sub par - to the point where security was a concern for me. Most concerning was the flimsy thin ply patched over the main entrance door. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise”
