Good value for the cost. Complimentary breakfast pretty weak but great diners nearby. Understaffed like every other service business these days. No one was skimming swimming pool so we just dangled our feet. Rooms clean and no smell, but air handler pretty noisy. Glad we had our earplugs!

Room was very clean. They don't change bedding or towels each day, but they do tell you that its to save water, and you can ask for clean towels if you need them. Cant really say much as far as staff and service since the only interaction i had with anyone was check in, but the woman at the desk.was very friendly

The Owners are exactly what make this place! We were only there for a night. Basically just to sleep before heading back to VT. It was very quiet and we we got a great sleep. Chatted a bit with the owner in the morning (great guy) and off we went. Would definitely stay again.

There is no elevator and I can't climb stairs. I asked for a first floor room over two weeks before check-in, but was still given a second story room. They had plenty of time to assign a first floor room, even if it meant moving someone else. The hotel is fine otherwise, but that was some super crappy customer service.

Location worked for me.
Thankfully it was off season and not great weather, so it wasn't terribly crowded. Not sure I would've felt terribly safe if there were more people around. They put me in the back of the property and on the first floor. I probably could've asked to move but I wasn't going to be around much. Despite likely being 25% occupied, they put someone in the room above me and the noise traveled right through the floor. Also, a big cobweb in the corner of the ceiling by the window had trapped a few small bugs. I wiped it down with a towel.

Needed a one night stay to attend a wedding. The location was 5 minutes away, the price was very competitive for Cape Cod and the room was clean with a good bed. Could not ask for more.

Not what I expected!!
As soon as we walked in the room, we were hit by this horrible musty smell like the room hadn’t been used in forever, there were three spiders hanging from the ceiling in the refrigerator. Freezer combination was filthy. If the room was cleaned, the way it supposed to be cleaned. None of that would’ve happened. We stayed one night woke up at 6 AM and left because of the tropical storm when I got home all my clothes stunk like that musty smell.
