It wasn't fancy but it was clean, comfortable, safe, and afordable and I would definately stay there again.Tbe view was beautiful.

Cozy,clean and cute place, great host!

This is the third time we have stayed here over Thankgiving while visiting relatives in the area. it is such a quiet lovely old house and the owners are very accomodating and exteemly nice. Lots of room, very comfy living room with fireplace and big chairs. The included breakfast is fantastic. The kitchen is always open for tea and homemade cookies. Scent free linens and towels a huge plus.

I have stayed at well over a dozen motels, hotels, lodges, resorts over my time in the Catskills. This was by far one of my favorites and is almost certainly going to become my regular resting spot. The location is premium, with it located in the heart of the Catskills, and not far from most attractions and hikes. Room super clean and beautiful property!

Loved the stay here as well as the friendly staff. Jamie who had helped us check in was very friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Location was very dog friendly. Our room was very clean, quiet and had a beautiful scene of nature. Nice place to choose for a quiet get away stay.

Was a very pleasant stay and the proprietor is very kind.

Clean, nice design elements. Bed a little too close to floor, however. Made it a little hard for us seniors to get up and down from it. Would appreciate if the bathroom barn style door had an actual lock feature though.
