“The towels were old and no longer white. I went to the front desk to ask for more and was asked to return the used towels. The chair had a large stain on it. There were 5 decorative (square) sized pillows on the bed. They were just too small.”

“Person at the front desk was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is not properly maintained, the refrigerator was rusted, the microwave was broken, there were no soap on the bathroom. The hallway smelled like if someone was cooking fish. Also, last night when going to use the elevator, it was smelling like poop, like if someone had taken a dump in the elevator. A lady who was at the front desk, who took the elevator with me apologized because of that smell. Definitely, this hotel……
