"Only problem I had which I didn't tell the staff because it wasn't that big of a deal was that in my sweet one of the TVs did not work which was fine everything else the staff when I asked help about the hot tub which was very nice size compared to other places that claim that have a hot tub which really is just a tub enough for one person this time gave me room."

"Missing the log and lily pad in the pool area, that is half the attractions of the pool which is the only reason we booked in the first place. Staff was openly arguing in the breakfast area during breakfast. Lots of staff and other guests smoking cigarettes..etc.. in front of the entrance. Room was decent but needed cleaned around the toilet and lots of cords and extension cords hanging around the tv area that we had to keep our toddler from grabbing the entire stay."

"When I walked into the lobby it had a really fresh and clean scent which I liked and reassured me that it wasn’t a poor pick. They also had lots of cameras even of the parking area which was reassuring. We chose a room with a spa tub. It was wonderful. I wish we had more time to use it in the morning before we left but we had to get on the road. The breakfast was good. Scrambled Eggs, sausage patties, cereal, fruit, waffles, and a host of bakery items. There were some tacky things- like a tip jar for breakfast, & a sign about a fine for not returning the luggage carts. However we didn’t have trouble getting a luggage cart!"

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I’m disgusted I had to pay to stay in conditions this unacceptable. The problems started immediately. When I checked in, the card machine malfunctioned for no reason on my end, and the front desk employee loudly announced “Declined!” with a grin on his face. It was humiliating, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. I was then informed the hotel had no elevator, something I’ve never encountered before and was not prepared for. After an eleven‑hour drive, I had to haul several heavy items up the stairs, and the young man at the desk seemed amused by this, which only made the situation worse. The staircase was behind doors clearly marked as fire safety doors to remain closed at all times, yet they were propped open during my entire three‑night stay. The front security door was also open during the entirety of my stay, which made me feel unsafe and vulnerable, especially when someone knocked on my door in the middle of the night. The hallways smelled musty and stale. Inside the room, it was obvious it had been quickly wiped down rather than properly cleaned. I found brown spots on the bathroom floor that became cleanable when wet, and mucus on the shower curtain. I sanitized handles, switches, and the remote myself. The shower didn’t look clean, and the fridge was messy. The photos and description on Travelocity were not even close to accurate, and I left feeling uncomfortable, unsafe, and completely misled. "
