“There were issues with the room we were given. Looks like the room was not cleaned properly, found food in the refrigerator, the bed linens were dirty. We contacted the front desk and were given a different room which was up to par with proper cleanliness.”

“Parking was easy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. However the pool was out of order for repair. The only working ice maker was on the 3rd floor. Shower pressure was awful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was just ok. ”

“Room had been very poorly cleaned with the bathroom being skipped over. Hair all over. Elevator was out of service for half of our stay. Updates have been neglected for some time. Breakfast was very limited. If it were a cheap hotel, it would be understandable, but they were charging a premium. Not worth it.”
