“Rooms were nice several parks in walking distance.”

“The inn was under renovation. Nothing was communicated about the incredible inconvenience. Work materials were all over the property, inside and out. Work trucks took up all handicap spaces, dumpsters took up valuable parking spaces. Workers would be outside the inn at night drinking and smoking. As an unaccompanied woman, I did not feel safe. No breakfast was available. There were stale bread slices and undrinkable coffee amidst the dusty shelf in the lobby where renovations were taking……

“Aside from a stain on one of the walls and the nearby carpet, the result of an apparent spill, the room was very nice. Staff was excellent. Very professional and expressed appreciation when I mentioned the stain.”

“We had a grand stay”

“Arrived and was given a room where the floor was a little damp. assumed they had just carpet cleaned. garbage in garbage can, dirty sheets, dirt and what looked like mold in the wall but thought i’d be okay. then we wake up to the floor SOAKED. like everything i brought drenched, floor seeped water where you stepped. had to got to the kiosk for help as there are no real people working. the man on the kiosk was very nice thought despite not speaking much english or quite understanding. switched……

“The apartment was clean and very comfortable. There were a few issues and the host was very prompt to respond and addressed the concerns.Arriving and returning to the apartment after dark each day, it was difficult to locate the reserved parking spot. The digital keypad did not correspond to the directions, which at night in a parking lot full of vehicles was a little unnerving. A welcome letter would be helpful to indicate the location of towels, thermostat instructions, and check-out……
