"The breakfast had no eggs or sausage. Their was a sign that said it was due to supply chain issues. I think that is a wild excuse in March of 2026. There was also no milk for cereal. Staff was kind, rooms were nice but breakfast was frustrating. "

"After reviewing expedia and google reviews, which were positive overall, a group of friends decided to book rooms here for a weekend away. We fell for the reasonable room rate and the fore mentioned positive reviews. I have no idea who is giving this place an 8?!?! After an inital room change because of conditions, there were still multiple complaints including cigarette and weed smoking that traveled through the hallways and rooms even! Apparently it was renovated in 2021, but is showing some serious wear and tear..If it weren't for the realtively friendly but mostly non english speaking room staff and Wingnutz next door, there would be nothing to hold this hotel up. I cant believe they still operate like this. I hate to say it but spend the extra money and find something clean, respectable and maybe even a breakfast! We won't fall for the rate again!"

"The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and overall it was very quiet. The curtains were too short and let in too much light. There was the smell of toxic cleaning chemicals in the lobby and the elevators which I found quite offensive. Some of the amenities were misrepresented, not sure if that was by Expedia or by the hotel. The location is quite convenient."

"I could not sleep the first night. It was so hot and there is no individual room temperature control. It’s really not ok, especially at the price you pay! Just because 69 is good for some, doesn’t mean it’s good for everyone! I was trying to get it lower to no avail. In addition the shower bath water was not going down. When you are showering the water is standing, which is disgusting. This needs fixing asap!"
