“For our purposes, this worked great. We were riding our bikes along the empire state trail from Buffalo to New York. We stayed here two days at the beginning of the trip to prepare for the ride and then one day at the end of the trip before we went home. Clean and comfortable, seems to be a safe and quiet neighborhood, close everything we needed it to be close to. My only criticism would be that the description does not mention that it’s a second floor unit over an apartment below. It does say……

“A very clean, pleasant space with attention to detail!The furnishings were perfect for the space, especially loved the comfy recliners. It was a great place for the 2 of us, we only stayed one night as we were passing through town but we would have loved to stay a few more just to relax .”

“On our trip to Vermont we wanted a comfortable place to stay half way. This was a great find. The apartment was very clean and had lots of room. Upgrading to the apartment with the fenced in yard was a treat for our dog, Percy. He enjoyed being able to roam the yard free, just as if he were at home.Communication with the host was excellent and he was available for any questions we had.The two main rooms in the apartment were spacious and it was nice having tv's in both. The bedroom was also……

“This was my second time staying here and still such an amazing time! So many sleeping spaces and an air mattress available if needed. Host is incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Such a perfect place to get friends together :) Will definitely be coming back in the summer for the hot tub & pool!”

“I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed……

“I recommend this place…Clean and spacious living room, decent rooms, excellent heat and hot water it was our main concern because of the weather, could use some upgrades on the lights and door locks, overall is perfect…… quite Neighborhood… excellent communication with the host(Patrice) he assist us and answered all our questions.
