“Pulling up to the hotel it is run down and falling apart, the front desk lady was super sick and hacking and coughing all over our stuff, the room was filthy and so was the bathroom. The hotel was unsafe as there were all individual drunk men falling all over and making my two 13 year olds feel very unsafe and uncomfortable as well as outside. We left within 3 hours and canceled our stay. I let the new front desk woman know about all our concerns and why we were leaving ( along with more……
