Cleanliness was poor and the bathroom was clogged. We’ve mentioned it to them but they weren’t able to fix it because it was the weekend.

We stayed in room 102, and the room smelled musty and damp. The bathroom door didn't close, it was too big for the frame. The mattress cover had many stains on the top corner. The bathtub floor was cracked with a hole in the bottom, making the bathtub not usable.

First time to be asked for a $100. US security deposit for damage. It was refunded after we left. No housekeeping. We made our own beds. Rooms were clean and beds was comfortable. Breakfast was average. Nothing spectacular about this Best Western. We’ve stayed at and prefer better.

The room was very sparsely furnished- not enough furniture for the size of the room. It was extremely noisy, the bed was caved in, the heat was broken, and the sink was broken. Never returning.

Walkable to fairgrounds and lakeview arena. Outstanding higher end restaurant on location. Room smelled musty Hair conditioner was empty Sink and tub drained slowly. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good.

I arrived this past Thursday. The room was average but appeared clean. (I was informed that I had to let the desk know if I wanted my room cleaned. So I did the 2nd. day. They knocked on my door 2 days later. My room phone didn't work. The guy above me literally banged on the floor the first night for 3 hours. No phone so I went to the desk. "We'll take care of it." They didn't. I asked them to move one of us. the next day. They didn't. Convenient for the NY State Fairgrounds, but that wasn't even worth the hotel experience. I'd hate to stay at another Best Western, but I feel like I should be compensated in some form.
