I have come to love this place so much. Consistency is the mark of high quality and it's always clean and everyone is always helpful and friendly and kind. The grounds are so peaceful. Everything gets extra high marks for me and I thank you all very much for one last day to enjoy before you closed up for the season. I can't wait to come back in the new year. Have a great winter and holiday season and may you all stay healthy and happy and prosper. 🙂

The property is beautiful, the employees are great. the pool and beach were very nice and the cottage was ok. I think it' starting to need some refurbishing ie. the air conditioners, the front room floor sounds like popcorn popping when walking on it, the rain shower head needs to go and the couch needs to be replaced.. Other than that it was fine!

Fabulous location near Misquamicut beach. Loved the private beach parking and bathrooms. The continental breakfast was good. Nice warm tasty muffins. The things to note is this is a true motel. Our room had a large main window facing parking area and pool. The downside to this was we were on the ground level and had to keep shade closed as everyone could see in. Could also clearly hear folks in next room. Very clean and well maintained

The only down side was no assigned parking. There is enough spaces but you may have to walk a little bit. Otherwise I have to say it was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Great staff.

Rooms were lovely. Heated Swimming pool was wonderful. The continental breakfast is presented beautifully...muffins, bagels, pancakes, yogurt , fruit, coffee and tea. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The Breezeway has its own private beach...so enjoyable to sit and watch the waves. My family and I look forward to staying next year.. Susan
