Absolutely amazing experience! If you want to hear the ocean all night long and walk right onto the beach in the morning, this is the spot! Rooms are very clean and well maintained and the view and location are priceless

Wonderful property and staff, who were very helpful and communicative. The place was very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. We loved the quiet time of the property that provided much needed rest after long days at the beach. Can’t wait to get back there for another beachfront vacation

Our stay was beautiful! We had an ocean-view room and were only about 500 feet from the beach. We could hear the waves from our room, and the view from the balcony was wonderful. The room was very clean, the towels smelled fresh, and the staff was friendly. Parking was conveniently located right on-site, and we had our own designated spot, so we could come and go as we pleased. It was perfect for a quick little getaway! It was a little pricey—I only wish the cost of one night could have gotten us two—but overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Al, Sammy and Ed are among the most friendliest hosts we have ever seen, and you could tell that friendliness is genuine. The rooms were clean, the beds were perfectly comfortable, and along with the sufficiently spacious refrigerator and microwave, provided a great home base. and we say homebase because that ocean right outside the window is what you come for, which brings us to another great point about the hotel: they have posted signs gently reminding everybody not to be too loud and to be respectful to all fellow guests which everybody happily followed, and that felt very nice. Because we didn’t come to listen to loud music or loud parties next-door, we came to listen to that ocean, and when you open your window on the ocean side, that’s all you hear day and night. And even if you get a room on the street side instead, the same quiet rule applies and I imagine the 150 steps to your own ocean beach is not a bad Plan B. Our stay was a delight from the first minute to the last minute and we will try to make it back every year.

Limited staff but they did warn you times when available. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Decor was so-so. Nice to have separate balcony for each room even on street side with view of pond which has the sunset view.

Lovely people running the place. It’s right on the beach. They gave us a free upgrade, so we had a large room with a balcony that looked out onto the ocean. Great deal for the price!

What We Liked: Al was incredibly helpful and friendly during check-in and check-out (bravo!). The balconies overlooking the beach and water were really nice. The elevator was a pleasant amenity. Room is clean, but dated. What We Wish Was Better: There wasn’t a pool (no surprise, but next time I’ll look for one). The mattress didn’t quite meet the ‘resort or inn’ standard, and the fitted sheet kept coming off. They should consider upgrading the bedding! The bathroom was small, with only a stand-up shower stall and no counter space. There wasn’t a closet, but there were plenty of hooks. If you want to hang up clothes, you’ll need to bring your own hangers, but there are drawers.

Great ocean front property. Park, check in and hit the beach. The beach is a few feet away from your car so no lugging heavy beach necessities, coolers or chairs, for long distances. The beach view from the outdoor balcony was great and you see, and hear the waves crashing all day and night. Room was clean with microwave and fridge. They have an outdoor shower and elevator and the staff was very nice. Only issue, the shower head in the room needs to be replaced. It had little water coming out and made it difficult to properly shower. But, great motel and look forward to staying again.
