Overall, the property was very nice and in a great location! We enjoyed the amenities offered and loved the theme and atmosphere throughout the hotel. The only area where I wish we had received a little more assistance was with my fiancé’s proposal. He had been trying to coordinate a space on the property to propose and, from what I understand, had very little luck getting access to an open area for even a few minutes. While I completely understand that accommodating a proposal is not necessarily the hotel’s responsibility, a little extra flexibility or assistance from the staff would have gone a long way in making an already special occasion feel even more seamless. The proposal was still a beautiful moment that we’ll always cherish, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was very good and in a great location. The only thing I would have asked to improve is the breakfast selection which was very basic and limited.

1. The shower was a little tricky. 2. There were no bags in the room for dirty clothes that were going home. Staff 1. All of the staff was excellent and helpful. Rebecca at the concierge desk was very very helpful, patient and kind with any question asked of her. 2. Breakfast was really good. 3. The rooftop is a great place to unwind and grab a bite after a long day.
