"Not bad at all like I thought it would be from reading some of the reviews. Didn’t see mold, bed bugs ( examined the mattresses thoroughly as soon as I entered the room ). The bathroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Was very quiet outside and had plenty of parking. Cheap place to stay and I would definitely stay again."

"Location right off the interstate was our reason for selecting as we had a very long trip. Check in was super easy and quick. Access to room was simple which was a huge bonus due to having a dog with anxiety behavior. Hotel layout was user friendly. Our room was a king suite with a door to the bedroom. A desk, sofa and easy chair made a very welcoming and comfortable evening after a long drive. Though the ac was a wall mount and not a wall thermostat control, there were two- one for each room area- we did have to rig the room curtains that were hanging right over unit and blocked air from getting to rest of room. Unfortunately there was a strong urine odor that became obvious in the bedroom as we settled down for bed. Thankful it was a king bed that we could snuggle towards the center and be less bothered by it. As a pet friendly hotel it is surprising they still have carpet-as I am certain the carpet was the urine culprit. Bed was great and the linens were smooth. Bathroom was good sized and shower head was amazing! Breakfast was on par for this level of hotel. The eggs and waffles were good. The bacon was so thin it took a whole piece to feel like there was enough to even chew! Coffee was very good. Check out was easy."

"The good - The room was clean. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. The bed was comfortable. We did use the laundry facility and it was good. $2.75 a load for the washer and the dryer each. All in all, a decent place to stay. The hotel is in a safe area and conveniently located near so many things. The bad - within about 10 minutes of us putting our stuff down, a big tree roach crawled out from under one of the beds. Not necessarily a cleanliness issue, as the dry weather has them looking for water. I could not get either ice machine (there are 2) to work and was too tired to go ask the front desk. We were on the 4th floor and the hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes, but it didn't really extend into the room, thankfully. I would probably stay here again."

"This hotel has a friendly, helpful staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The water pressure was rather low and it took a while for the hot water to flow. The free hot breakfast was as good as any I’ve had. The hotel location is good but parking is limited. The biggest negative was that there is construction going on inside the hotel encompassing the entire 2nd floor and there was NO mention of this by the IHG reservations rep nor by Expedia. I would probably stay here again."
