This spacious home sits beside the Nicklaus North Golf Course and offers two levels designed for comfort and gathering. Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features a Wolf gas range, granite countertops, and a central island where you can cook while staying connected with others. A dining table for eight sits beside wide windows overlooking the fairway, and sliding doors open to the back patio. Outside, a BBQ grill, heat lamp, and mountain views invite you to dine in the crisp alpine air when weather allows.

Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, four bedrooms each include their own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, fireplace, TV, and private sundeck, along with a double vanity, deep soaking jacuzzi, and glass-enclosed steam shower. A second bedroom features a queen bed and shower ensuite, while a third provides a king bed with a bathtub and shower combo. The fourth bedroom includes two bunk beds, a TV, and a lounge area with bean bags and a sofa. A powder room on the main floor adds convenience for guests.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
