The Space:
Snow settles quietly on the evergreens outside your window, and the day begins with the hush of the mountains just beyond the glass. After hours on the slopes, you can return to the warmth of the living room, where a gas fireplace flickers and the forest view feels close enough to touch. In the evening, steam rises from the shared hot tub while the winter air stays crisp around you.
Sleeping arrangements
This condo sleeps 4 with a thoughtful layout that includes a primary bedroom and a den serving as the second sleeping area. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ample storage, and a TV for winding down at night. The den includes a twin bunk bed and offers a comfortable, private sleeping space, though it is designed as a den and does not have an external window. Two full bathrooms make mornings easy - one ensuite with a bathtub and shower, and a second with a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.
Living spaces
The bright living area is designed for cozy evenings after ski days, with plush seating, a Smart TV, and the steady warmth of the indoor fireplace. Large picture windows frame the surrounding trees, creating a peaceful setting whether you’re sipping something warm indoors or simply watching snowfall drift through the forest.
Kitchen & dining
A well-equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with full-size appliances and plenty of space to cook. The dining area seats four comfortably, making it a welcoming spot for breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner after returning from Whistler Village.
Outdoor living & building amenities
Step through the sliding door onto your private balcony, where outdoor furniture invites a quiet moment surrounded by forest views. Guests also have access to shared facilities at Woodrun Lodge, including a heated outdoor pool, the largest hot tub in Whistler, and a shared gym. An elevator provides easy access, and the condo is set on a single level with no stairs inside.
Amenities & extras
Enjoy in-suite laundry, high-speed wifi, and a dedicated workspace if you need to stay connected. Free parking garage on premises is available, along with free street parking. The building offers a front desk for check-in, building staff available 24 hours a day, and self check-in as an option. Secure ski and bike storage is provided (please bring your own lock, as equipment cannot be kept inside the unit).
Ski access
With ski-in/ski-out access to Merlin’s run from the rear of the property, you can come and go with ease. Ski access is seasonal and depends on snow levels, with Guest Services able to confirm current conditions before arrival.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighborhood:
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.
Getting Around:
• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market
• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.
• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• The den does not have windows.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
