"There is an unpleasant odor, noticeable as soon as you walk into the unit. The building doesn't have good soundproofing. We could hear the upstairs neighbors, footsteps and what sounded like furniture being moved around. Unfortunately, they were moving around until 1 AM Monday morning. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The beds are comfortable. "

"I would’ve given all stars on staff because my check-in experience was fantastic. The gentleman was outstanding even though it was bummed we couldn’t use the pool or the hot tub because they were treating it. That was something that was understandable. However, the late night staff member “SID” was very rude and seemed overwhelmed with his responsibilities. There is some paint chipped off in the bathroom at the bottom by the floor that should probably be attended to, but overall, I was extremely happy with my stay."
