“The staff went above and beyond! Very helpful, all the way from the housekeepers, to front desk, etc. I really thought they were friendly. The sheets were very clean and smelled nice. There is a sealed bug and waterproof mattress cover over the mattress, followed by a mattress pad and a fitted sheet, then the top sheet, soft blanket and a coverlet. Is this place older, yes. “The pool area is really nice. However it is sad to see what has happened with a hotel of this chain. There are so many problems that is hard to list, but here it goes a few: the room smelled like tobacco mixed with cleaning product. We found candy wrap on the room that wasnt ours. The curtains are the first I see that do not shut all the way in, so light from parking lot hits the window the whole night, the safety locker didnt work, the lamp outlet to charge the phone didnt work, the a/c panel……
