### Review I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this place. The hotel looked **nothing like the pictures online**. Once we arrived, the condition of the property and the room were extremely disappointing. The room was filthy, the toilet did not work, and there were multiple issues that should have been addressed before the room was ever rented out. On top of that, there were serious concerns about the activity and people coming and going throughout the property that made the entire stay extremely uncomfortable. The front desk experience was just as frustrating. The woman working the desk appeared completely unprepared and was unable or unwilling to properly assist us. When we contacted Hotels.com to try to get moved to another room, she would not cooperate with the representative, would not answer the phone, and would not provide a number or contact information for a manager or owner. At that point, we were literally stuck trying to figure out how to resolve a problem that **the hotel itself should have been fixing**. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The pictures online were misleading, the room was unacceptable, customer service was practically nonexistent, and management was impossible to reach. **Would not recommend this hotel. Save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere else.**

Great stay at CANVAS Hotel Dallas! The hotel has a modern and unique atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop is definitely a highlight, with an amazing view of the Dallas skyline and a great atmosphere. The location is also very convenient for exploring Downtown Dallas. Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

I have reservations about this reservation not because I disliked anything about it. It's just that it is a hidden gem I am sort of wanting to keep to myself. But we must share the love. My wife and I spent Labor Day Weekend 2026 there and it was so peaceful and fun. Right in the heart of Dallas, near a plethora of restaurants. On the Copper Clinic campus with lots of exercise options and a shaded jogging track! The Spa was excellent as well.

It was a great stay. Everything went smoothly. I would book there again.
