“Communications with host was always very quick and precise. The living room was spacious and comfy. Quiet over the weekend and at night. There were several parks minutes away, plenty of time spent walking the dogs and enjoying the scenery. Hershey Park is about 25 minutes away and Lancaster Amish Country about 40 minutes. Several restaurants 5-10 minutes away, not a problem finding places to eat in or take out.”

“We had a wonderful time staying at this cute, cozy, and comfortable home! It was the perfect spot for a getaway with family and friends, very clean, well-equipped, and incredibly accommodating. The location was ideal, just a quick 10 minute drive to Hershey Park, which made going back and forth super easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!”

“The house was very large and spacious. With 10 people, there was plenty of room to sit and not feel crowded. Also lots of room to park. It was located close to a grocery store and a delicious pizza restaurant. ”

“Perfect family friendly home away from home. After a long day of sightseeing, there is space for everyone to unwind in the spacious den in the basement. We are able to prepare meals in the kitchen which is sized just right. There were seven of us plus our dog who loved the yard. This is our second stay here and we would love to come back!”

“Advertised as a complete home stay. The home is broken into 3. The home is one. The basement is broken up into two part what plywood dividing the two “suites”. To be nice and say no more, I could not be offered to stay there for free again!”

“This was such a lovely home. The gardens were beautiful and peaceful. The deck was such a relaxing place to hang out. The beds were comfortable. Carol and Marc were warm and welcoming hosts who went out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable. They accommodated our request for an early check-in which we especially appreciated. We would certainly return again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house itself is beautiful inside and out, with amazing updates in the kitchen and bathrooms, a lovely deck, and a gorgeous yard with a fire pit that made spending time outdoors so enjoyable. The property is also very close to Hersheypark and not far from Sight and Sound Theater, which we enjoyed during our stay. It’s clear that the property is well cared for and designed to be welcoming for guests.The only downside for us was that we felt a bit overly...

“Wonderful hosts with a clean, updated, thoughtfully stocked home on special setting. The location was the perfect distance to all attractions on our list. Beds comfy, landscape magical, area was nice and quiet. Not much more we could ask for. We thank you both very much and hope to return very soon. ”

“The house is excellent. It is historic, but has plenty of space. The town of Fredericksburg is easy walking distance and also quite charming.The communication with the hosts was excellent and they provided easy check in and check out (even left us Hershey kisses with the keys!). Easy drive to Hershey park which was a big part of our staying here.All in all, a great experience and recommended!”

“Farm house was cool. Old. Well set up. Kitchen was good. Had extras like laundry soap/ washerdryer. Kitchen soap. Recycling needs. Door was open and ready for us to arrive. AC was on and cool. Beds were ok, not great. Mattresses hard and had plastic covers. Sheets not well fitted. Place was close to parks, grocery, restaurants. ”
