“The desk staff was helpful.”

“Great hotel!”

“Dirty elevator”

“Was promised — and purchased — two breakfasts with each night’s stay. When we arrived, no breakfasts were provided (except for the first night). I don’t know — and don’t really care — if it was Expedia’s or the hotel’s fault. Both the hotel and Expedia lost a tremendous amount of goodwill with me. Bad bad business practices. If I ran my law firm in such a manner, I’d have no clients. Shameful . . .”

“Room was clean, smelled good and the bedding was comfortable.”

“The ice maker was broken was on second level and had to walk to front desk from way across the yard to get ice. I stayed three days and no repairman came?”
