“The pool area on 5th floor was very nice but no hot tub unfortunately. The room was not good. Clean but very shabby. One lamp, 2 outlets and a bit rusted while being hard to reach. The worst part was the room I was shown in the pics was not the room I got. The next door door was open and looked much nicer. I chose this motel due to the proximity to the rides but I would not stay there again”

“We requested early check-in at 2 PM so we could drop off our luggage and head straight to the beach. We did not discover the problem until later that night when we returned and were getting ready for bed.
We booked a room with two double beds, and both beds had long hairs on the sheets. The bedding did not appear to have been properly changed or cleaned. This was disgusting and completely unacceptable.
I immediately called the front desk. The employee said maintenance would come change the……
