“Everything felt dated and worn. We noticed stains on both the towel and the bedsheet, and a couple of the pillows were in rough shape, clearly overdue for replacement. The double beds were also too cramped for two adults. The window AC unit was loud enough that falling asleep would be tough for anyone who’s a light sleeper. On the plus side, the location was great, with on-site parking available, and it’s just about a block from the boardwalk.”

“My daughter and I enjoyed our three night stay at the Skylark. We had 2 queens & tiny kitchette. I brought cutting board, electric kettle, water pitcher, food storage containers from home plus a cookware. It’s a tiny food prep space but everything worked. Pool was not automatically open; I had to ask to use it. Staff were wonderful!!! I know what to expect and I’ll be back!!”
