“The place was great and everything was easy just the host doesn’t reply at all and the wifi they mention does not exist so we did not have a wifi at all which today is unacceptable in our option”

“We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app).
The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard.
All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!”

“Lief alles reibungslos und ist eine sehr solide Unterkunft. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Einzige Kritik eigentlich das das Gebäude Extrems hellhörig ist, der Abfluss bisschen stinkt und wir lediglich einen schwachen Ventilator hatten bei 28 grad. Aber sonst eine saubere Unterkunft mit wirklich guter Lage und auch optisch angenehm. Sehr gut für Kurztrips. Mit der Lage hat man auch eine richtige Berlin Erfahrung. Würde aber nicht empfehlen mit mehr als 3 Personen in ein Apartment weil es sonst schon……
