“When I was planning this trip to Philadelphia, I believe I was looking at another hotel and selected this one by mistake and didn’t realize it until I arrived the day of the check-in I was put on the third floor and upon exiting the elevator it smelled like a greasy Indian buffet, which was an immediate turn off. “This hotel should never be given a rating of more than a 3/10. The sheets were stained, the room smelled like too much cleaning product that I could taste it. The pillows were flat, old and soiled. The drape might as well been clear because it didn’t block the sun at 7am. Every sound in neighbors room and hallway was heard. It seemed shady where it could have been a rent by the hour. When I asked to speak to management I was told I couldn’t have that information. There was no email, no phone, no……
