"We had our Gymnastics Team Retreat! This place was perfect! The water was shallow enough so the kids could enjoy it without me worrying about them! They LOVED the outdoor games, canoe, and kayaks! There was more than enough room for a large group! We are already planning our return!"

"This was our first time renting through Vrbo. And we were very happy with it. House was just as advertised. Very clean, very convenient and very quiet. All the amenities needed for our trip were there and all worked. The air conditioning did great in the Texas heat! I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Fort Worth."

"The property overall was very satisfactory. Just a couple of items that we noticed in need of attention. The A/C vent in the Master BR was loose from the ceiling and the hall bathroom toilet lid is in need of adjustment, as it would not stay in the upward position. I would suggest a WiFi Extender for the home, as the WiFi signal is very weak for the living room TV, to reduce buffering. Thank you very much for the use of your home."

"The lake house certainly did not disappoint! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the lake front view with new renovations inside that make it great! We were told this side of the lake is a bit quieter, and I would say that is probably true. It is peaceful and enjoyable! The property is pretty close to downtown Lake Granbury with cute shops and nice wineries, etc. There are only a few small recommendations - keurig coffee maker but bring your own k-cups! Also, shampoo, conditioner and body wash...

"Overall great place based on location and space for our families. Could use a deep clean especially in the bathrooms and all the furniture/beds were very squeaky and not super comfortable. The owners were super responsive and helpful even though it was a super busy/hectic weekend with graduations and power outages from storms. Would stay here again."

"Enjoyed the house. Bathtub has a draining issue. Saw bugs in kitchen near sink. Master bedroom mattress is worn out. Not enough supplies for a five person family. Toilet paper, paper towels and air freshener. Also had to wait a really long time for entrance code. Place was listed and said fire pit and grill, never saw a fire pit. Other than that, it was great."
