Room was not clean, bathroom has stains all over. The room that was given to use was near the entrance, so it was extremely noisy. The kettle in our room leaks, we called reception about it, they promised to bring it to us within 10 mins. But no one ever brought it to us during the entire stay. Extremely terrible service

Couldn’t have been more perfect! One of the most accommodating reception we’ve had! Tanya is the perfect host, who made us feel very welcome from the day we showed up at the family-owned establishment. We’re very glad we found this place. Highly recommended!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, that was great. And the food was really good - excellent choices at both breakfast and dinner. I ended up feeling too full to try everything! The hotel is near both the station, and the centre of Seefeld, so good access is offered. We had a good sized bedroom and a nice balcony. The receptionists were always helpful with advice, and finding out more information for us.
