"Construction made finding the entrance harder. In pedestrian zone so need to wheel bags a bit, but very convenient for seeing the old town and funicular train and cable car to top of Innsbruck. Rooms huge and very comfortable. Like themes with historic people who stayed there in the past."

"Nothing can beat this location in the very center of Insbruck! Also, great service and parking availability until 3 p.m. the day of the checkout! No food becides breakfast, but there is plenty of great choices around. The only downside was the lack of a small fridge. Overall, wonderful for a short stay! Don't miss the glacier skiing!"

"The apartment was very spacious and in an excellent location right in the centre of the Altstadt. The only minor issue is that it can be a little noisy in the evenings and again first thing in the morning when the beer delivery trucks arrive. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Our family of 4 had a very comfortable stay."

"Very good views from the window. To get to old town or train station is a tram ride away. It takes about 20-30mins. Also be aware that there’s a church bell that rings sometimes. "

"We quite enjoyed our charming, bright, roomy "family room" at the hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful. I asked them a number of questions regarding hikes, bike rentals and public transportation, and they were thorough and pleased to help. Our breakfasts at the hotel were generous and delicious, and the staff in the restaurant were equally charming. The tram system in Innsbruck is excellent and even fun. We easily caught the trams to Old Town and the main train station, which both run...

"Arrived at the hotel late just before Andrew the concierge left for the evening. Andrew was very welcoming and friendly. Wish we’d had more time in innsbruck - a lovely town. Beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony and hearing the church bells in the morning was wonderful. A good nights sleep on comfy beds and we opted for the fab breakfast downstairs. Perfect."
