“Where do I start? We arrived 2 1/2 hrs after stated check-in time. Cabin was not ready & the “manager”(?) continued to clean another cabin who’s occupants hadn’t arrived yet. We waited another 45 minutes for our cabin to be ready. Kitchenette was NOT as shown in photos. There was no electrical outlet for the only hot plate & the sink leaked constantly. Decent fridge, though! Perhaps they should have put the little individual coffee creamers in it because they were either horribly……

“The town was stinky. Maybe there are ranches around, but we could smell it in our room. It would be nice to have the A/C on before we got there. It was 105 degrees that day.”

“Nice location for what we needed but it wasn't very clean. Lots of bugs and shattered patio door covered by cardboard. Everytime we went outside and shut the opposite door pieces of glass came out on the concrete. No towels for showering and very little household/kitchen needs. The beds were decent and there was coffee.”

“Communication with the host really couldn’t have been better. Top notch and much appreciated! The property is very family and dog friendly! Location is excellent. Walking distance to so many things. Check out process was extremely reasonable! Things that kept me from giving this property a perfect review: there were some minor maintenance issues (a few ripped screens that let the bugs in, a couple windows that didn’t lock, the grill out back was in really rough shape on the inside - we decided……
