“We had a very nice stay at Windermere House. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The location is beautiful, and the lake view from our room was fantastic.
The only negative was the squeaky floors. We stayed on the second floor, and in the morning we could clearly hear people walking in the room above us, which was a little disruptive.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.”

“The only Mandatory fees （65$ a night) not mention and when I ask any chargeable activities. They said only a leaflet will show.
Suggest must mention to guests when check-in. To avoid any arguments. ”

“Nice area nice view of the lake
Pictures were completely incorrect. We booked the family cottage for 6 people. They gave us a tiny 300 sq foot shack with the bedrooms the size of a broom closet. They showed pictures of the premium cottage which looked nothing like the dump we got. They made us pay 30 for propane for 4 nights. Complete rip off. We were given a little bigger cottage the next day. They refused to refund us our money. No privacy at all.”

“This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. ”
