“Nice Location! Very nice deck and BBQ!”

“Family friendly - pet friendly property , washroom wasn't as clean and towels were washed but didnt look very clean. Comforter had a smell in it . Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and clean .”

“Lacked basic amenities like hand soap or paper towels. Had to call again for Wi-Fi and cleaning. No chairs on the patio. Tv wasn’t working. Fireplace didn’t have supplies.”

“The property is quiet， spacious，and fully equipped with all the essentials needed for comfortable stay. The host was prompt to respond and even let us check in early for the stay. The property also has kayak boat and paddle board for outdoor fun, there’s never a dull moment. I would highly recommended to all friends and family members!”

“First, the positive. The cabin was clean and was dry during a lot of rain. The location is on the water and close to Gravenhurst. We arrived at the cabin not having received an email with check in instructions. There is no office there. Thankfully the cleaning lady let us in. We had called the host twice and messaged on VRBO inbox twice. It wasn’t until I texted him that he responded. I had asked prior to going if there was a coffee maker and was told no, yet there was one and I hadn’t brought……

“We recently stayed at this cottage outside of Gravenhurst, and it was by far the worst vacation rental we have ever experienced. The property was not just dated—it was filthy and appeared to have been neglected. Upon arrival, there were no kitchen cloths, no paper towels, and only a 2 half rolls of toilet paper with no extras provided. The cottage smelled strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with mould. The dishwasher was full of partially cleaned dishes, and several kitchen cupboard doors were……

“We had a great time. The property was very spacious for 10 people and well maintained. Backyard was also very nice and we had a great time with having bbq at firepit. The area was also quiet, nice and very relaxing!”
