"Location, clean room , staff "

"We had a health issue and needed to get in our room early. They were able to allow us that. That act of kindness meant more then they will ever realize. The room was immaculate, very big space, bed was amazingly comfortable. It was quiet, we got a wonderful nights rest. Easy off, easy on main highway. 2 restaurants next to it. The only negative is the light near the bathroon sink is not bright enough. I had to sit near a window to see to put makeup on. We will definitely be staying there again. "

"The staff was so helpful and accommodating as much as possible. Ariel & Isaiah stand out! It's Tricky planning for chair bound person. ADA king bed suite is better for tioleting with lower beds for getting in-but no roll in shower. Changed to Double queen bedroom which has roll in shower but floor is made uneven for water drainage & tiolet & beds too high. The staff has no control over construction of rooms and helped as much as they could allowing me to pick which room to use. Although it needs straps & better brakes I was able to borrow a manual wheelchair from them which saved the day and plans for our weekend trip. I would definitely stay here again, and side jote the brand of coffee the hotel ises is good. "

"I stayed for one night with my daughter’s travel softball team. I had a King Suite and it was the cleanest most awesome room I have ever stayed in. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again and and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Binghamton, NY. "
