"I love Hotel E. I booked rooms twice within one week, and not only is the space lovely, but so are the employees. Chris L. at the front desk went out of his way to help me keep my gear safe, and I felt like I could trust him and the hotel. I’ll definitely be booking here every time I’m in town. "Room was spacious and location quiet. Nice view of golf course. Pools were clean, good size, and not too crowded for a Saturday night. I couldn’t find any hand soap for sinks in the room. "

"This was a very pleasant stay for us. Our room overlooked the harbor and inlet. The location of the motel is good and has easy access. The parking lot is in need of repairs. One drawback is that there are not elevators and even the ground floor requires going down a moderately steep ramp or stairs."

"Do not stay here. This place does not look like the pictures. We checked in and immediately checked out. They still charged us a full three nights stay. And said I had to take it up with Expedia. Expedia told me to contact management since they’re the ones who charged me. When I contacted management, they said it’s not their policy to refund, or cancel within 24 hours of check-in. I told him how am I supposed to know how bad the place is 24 hours before I check in if I’ve never been there. And if your pictures represent one thing in and in real life, they’re completely different. They reluctantly agreed to reimburse me two nights out of the three. But I have yet to see any credit on my credit card. So basically they just lied to me to get me off the phone. This hotel has terrible customer service. And I would not recommend that anyone stay here."
