"We have stayed at the Mendocino Hotel several times throughout the years and it never disappoints. We love staying at the property in the back cottages where we have views of the garden and our private patio where we can sit and enjoy our stay, have a glass of wine and even have some take out from a local spot if we decide to eat in. It has been our spot to escape the hullabaloo of the Bay Area and with Mendo being such a quaint town, it has been our place to recharge and reset. It also doesn't disappoint when it comes to dining options as they are a few to choose from that will satisfy the palate. We also love the fact that there are NO chain restaurants or chains of any sort. It's all about supporting the local economy which makes it that much better!"
