“The manager on the evening shift when I checked in was rude and just grumpy! She asked me to wait because she and another woman was busy talking about another staff member not doing a good job. She needs a lesson on customer service with a smile! It was rude of her to ask me to wait to be checked in while she was dealing with a staff issue infront of me. The toilet seat was wiggly I almost feel off! The shower allowed water to go all over the bathroom. I wouldn’t ever stay here again.”

“We LOVED this property! Sarah gave very clear check in instructions and gave excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Winslow. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location close to town and under an hour from Painted Desert and Petrified Forest. The house was well stocked with coffee and spices. Our favorite restaurant was Shortys Old Town Grill.We give this host and property 5 stars! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can……
