"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I informed them in advance that I was arriving on an early flight and even called to confirm that I would arrive around 2 PM. They clearly told me that early check-in was not available and that check-in is at 4 PM. However, when I arrived at 5 PM, I was still not given a room and was asked to wait until 7:30 PM. Every time I asked, they kept saying the room was ready but waiting for inspection, which was very frustrating. The management was extremely poor and unprofessional. I also have VIP access and paid extra for my stay, yet I was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, a very bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel."

"The cleanest shower I’ve ever seen. Has plenty of space with a king bedroom, bathroom, full size kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, and washer dryer. The water park is amazing and they have activities every day. "

"The rooms were spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The property was well maintained. Every employee I spoke to was friendly. There is plenty of parking, and it is included in the cost. There were tons of employees in golf carts at all hours, creating many traffic hazards on the properties. There was often a massive backup at the gate from 2pm until after 7pm, as they would use the verified guest lane for non-guests who had to be verified, sometimes taking as long as 5 minutes per vehicle. I felt the $30/day “resort fee” was misleading. It did not include most amenities seen on the listing. It included things like WiFi (which was terrible) and the in-room safe (?). The water park prominently featured on the listing was not included or discounted, and costs $25 per day per person. "

"Clean room, I like that they’ve removed the small shampoo bottles and have big ones that they refill. We loved the little patio area, and that each cove was almost like a little community with kids playing with each other. I deducted one star because I didn’t feel like any effort towards sustainability has been made, which is important for us when traveling. Almost everything is served with single-use plastic containers during breakfast, which makes it feel both cheap and wasteful. "

"Rooms was very clean!! Staff was friendly! Great amenities…the only issue I had was with the laundry. The washer were card payment…the dryers were coin operated…dryers didn’t dry properly, had to do it a couple of times. But everything else was AMAZING!!!"
