“Great lodge! Lots of common spaces to find a chair and read a book. Beautiful views. High quality dinner available. Breakfast included. Room was very well appointed and had a private balcony. Modern fixtures. Formerly the Lou Tice Ranch.”

“We stayed in the Birch Loft #8 in the lodge. If you're looking for no frills, this is your room. In this very small unit, there's no reason to unpack because there's nowhere to put your clothes. There were plastic lids but no coffee cups. Steep rickety steps lead up to a comfortable bed, but the A/C unit on the wall blows down on your head. On the upside, the bathroom has been upgraded nicely. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lots of places to sit and relax.”

“This was an interesting layout with a small but nicely furnished living area below and a loft bedroom above. Space is charming and fine for two; it would be tight with more. The Mezama Grocery just behind our building was a delightful surprise! The Inn dining room was not open during our stay however the grocery has coffee/tea amazing breads and pastries and breakfast fare with a nice patio. Same place offers dinnner food several days/week. Overall this was an excellent choice!”
