“I left because of how small it was. I had a teenager and another adult. The port made it seem like there was 2 rooms (living space and bedroom). I asked for a refund but that was refused. It should be clearly advertised as a studio. The twin bed was a spring with a mattress pad on it. Not an actual bed. ”

“Extremely poor communication when time was of the essence. I contacted the host for three days by message and phone, but received no response. Just before my stay I received a generic welcome message regarding my stay, but still no response to my original question. I responded with my original question. After that the host responded that it was too near my stay to consider a cancellation. I feel that if the host had responded in a timely matter we may have been able to resolve the situation.……

“They double booked our room and canceled us. We didn’t find out until we were on our way. They should have called rather than just sending an email which went in spam. ”
