“We arrived really early before our check in but they let us park our car so we could go off and enjoy the day and told us our room would be ready a bit earlier if we wanted to come back before check in. “This is a very nice place, comfortable and cosy. Big rooms with good equipment and comfortable beds. Extremely friendly staff. It's located in a very centric location, 5 min from the train station and the city centre and all bus stops. It's in the main street of "weekend night life" (if you like to go party, the have discounts for a nightclub), so it may be a bit noisy during weekends... but the rest of the week is very quiet. For a B&B (not hotel) is probably the best I have been.”

“The room was exceptionally spacious and full of character. Many hotels are a bit soulless but this is far from the case here. The staff were professional, friendly and always with a smile. I've seen a few reviews have commented on 'hidden charges' - breakfast isn't included but this is clear from the very start and there's no pressure to eat here in the morning. If you do, however, the food is excellent (we had dinner) and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“ Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. ”
