“We showed up to check in and the staff came out and greeted us. We did not have any issues with check-in. The lobby was decently clean when we went down the hallway to head to our room, We noticed bugs on the floor and a moldy smell. when we enter into our room there are bugs all over the floor, blankets are dirty, air conditioner doesn’t work, brown-sticky stuff all the way down the wall and on the floor, shower was dirty, and the fire alarm beeping because the battery is dead. I usually don’t……

“Would have liked a little more in the breakfast offerings. My room also had an odd spot on the floor that clearly was a bad install and was just covered. So you had this random jump in the room”

“Got to use the pool the first night we got there, but then they shut it down the rest of the week we were there because it had baby frogs in it. They have a gnat infestation on the whole second floor. They cleaned our room the second day and whatever they mopped with made our floors sticky. I asked for it to be remopped and the guy came up and said housekeeping didn’t want to waste a mop so he got down on his hands and knees with a spray bottle and rag to clean it. Guess what it didn’t work! I……
