“Keinerlei Infos dass das Hotel mitten im Umbau ist. Um 7.30 wird man von Schlagbohrern geweckt. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde man hoch professionell mit einer kleinen Cola abgespeist. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand dort. Es war sehr enttäuschend und absolut nicht entspannend was man von einem Urlaub erwartet. Das einzig positive waren die Bemühungen von Expedia um eine Erstattung zu erhalten. ”

“Wir waren in Ermatingen für einen kurzen Tripp zur letzten Fasnacht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr sauber. Für einen Besuch im Wellness hatten wir leider keine Zeit. Machen wir aber bestimmt beim nächsten Mal. Schönes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wir kommen wieder.”

“It is located close to old town, train station and pier. Its restaurant and gym are newly renovated. Only rooms close to lake side are renovated, the majority are still a bit old fashioned and should be uplifted.”
