"The staff were very helpful. We had an issue with the basin. We were told there was no maintenance over the weekend. We left today and the basin had still not be sorted. Also a socket on the wall flashed I initially asked for vegetarian sausages. I was advised they didnt do this. This was sorted and the sausages were lovely. We were looking to stay over Christmas but were informed they are fully booked. Would definitely stay again. ."
