“Didn’t even stay the night. If you picture a seedy American motel. You’re not far wrong. Do not stay here if you have suicidal thoughts. I saw my room and immediately asked for a refund, the girl said she understood and would let the manager know as she would have to process a refund. “the person on reception was very unhelpful-I asked for the number for room service and when I went up to my room I found there was no telephone so how I am I meant to contact reception??
Turned out the lift was not working and my room was on the third floor; had to carry the luggage up to my room myself.
The window in my room had been left open; it turned out there was a bad odour which they were trying to reduce.
