“I only stay at the Abbey when I am in Lake Geneva visiting Family. This trip I was unable to accompany my Wife and her elderly Mother. They had the most amazing stay at this special Resort. It is not just one thing that the staff does right, but every detail is spot on the mark. The incredible staff, the comfortable rooms, the grounds, the location, the amenities and restaurants are all fantastic. I book with confidence at the Abbey and having share this time together is beyond words!”

“Nice staff everywhere. Bar, restaurants, front desk...one disturbing thing though...Asked 3-4 people at front desk if I could get the Milwaukee Brewer game on TV....they had no clue. I found a "Milwaukee" channel guide on the TV, which turned out was impossible to use....also no one knew about that. A couple times the person went to ask a "manager", only to come back with no answer. Disappointing.”
