“The staff was not friendly. We were waiting about 30 min in bar to be seated and reminded a stuff 3 times! We explained our friends about to leave and we can seat instead. They said no. We have to wait. As soon as our friends left they said “oh yes, now we will clean up your table”. Nonsense. The air conditioner is too noisy. Impossible to sleep with that sound. Two kids of friends of mine got stuck in the elevator and spent their about 25 min. The elevator repair man said that’s it’s been a……

“Initially when we reviewed the pictures of this property it really looked good! The packing lot area looked very clean and the picture of the bedroom looked nice! But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room. The blankets and bedsheets did not……
