"Such a great spot! The house is well stocked making meals at home so easy. Just walk in with your stuff and groceries and they have everything else. House was clean, pool was great and huge. Such a cute yard with fruit trees and string lights making it a great place to hang out at night around the fire! Host was great with communication along the way!"

"This was an ideal set up for a group of golfers to meet in the Phoenix area and play and unwind. Convenient location to get to multiple golf courses. The pool table, outdoor seating area, and large kitchen table were great. Also, wonderful restaurant recommendations from the host. Thank you!!!"

"The property was nice and clean - there were some holes in the walls and the blinds were not in great shape. My only real complaint was that the AC was not working while we were there. The thermostat was set at 68 degrees and the fan ran the whole time but it never cooled down. It was 82 during the day (87 outside) and only got down to 75 at night even with all the windows open - a little warm for sleeping. Notified the host in the afternoon and again in the evening but it never was fixed while we were there. I expected a refund for the inconvenience but none was offered although he did apologize and said he would make sure it was fixed for future guests."
