"Hotel lobby is on 3rd floor. Food court is on 1st floor. 1Km walking distance from hotel to Xi'an trains station. Shopping malls and restaurants are very close by. People are talking out loud in hall ways, slamming doors when they are in/out their room, smoking every where. Well this is Chinese behavior, you gotta get use to it, unfortunately."

"Room was fairly large though not in a very central location. A bit of a walk into main area near Drum Tower. Comfort of room was pretty good though not much of a view from my hotel room. If you are after something in a more central location then there are plenty of other options available closer to the central city area. "The staff is rude especially the chief of housekeeping. When I couldn’t find the face towels in the washroom, I called the receptionist. A lady came opening my door without knocking, I was quite shocked, luckily I latched the door. She asked me what was my problem , so I told her about the missing towels.
