"This is a hidden gem very near Queen Wilhelmina State Park. Easily accessible. Cozy and comfortable. It’s great place to kick back and relax. We would come visit again."

"The cabin was nice, located down a 2 mile dirt road. There are a few camp sites located on the property behind the cabin and the path that lead to them run a small dirt road a few feet from the cabin driveway and we were not aware of that prior to check in. There is a small creek behind the cabin that is able deep and once you cross that you can follow the path to the camp sites behind the cabin that are situated on the river. Quiet, relaxing property!

"This is the second time we have been here. The property sits off the road surrounded by woods. Very quiet, private, and clean. Fire pit outside for family gatherings as well as a nice grill/smoker in a covered sitting area While the internet is good, cell service is spotty due to location. The dwelling was single wide w rooms added. Even rock shower! Eclectic/rustic vibes. Beds are comfortable. The owners live close and are ready to assist! Can’t beat their friendliness!"

Great Inn

"Darren, the homeowner and innkeeper, met us at the door to this lovely home/inn. He welcomed us with a smile and conversation about the history behind Sassafras Inn and Mena, We sat and visited for about an hour. Our suite was extremely large, (2 rooms), complete with coffee and refrigerator. He then provided us with his homemade, organic blueberry muffins that were to die for. Very cozy atmosphere and a soft bed was just the remedy for a long day in the road. Highly recommend this wonderful place. Will stay again!!"

"This cabin was simple amazing! It is centrally located on a dead end street in the middle of the Wolf pen Gap trail system. Everything you needed was there and the owners were very friendly and super easy to deal with."
