“Other than the bed was comfortable and it had a nice showerhead that was about all that was positive. The TV didn't work. The light above the vanity didn't work. And the key to room routinely did not work. We had to get 3 sets of cards. The shower curtain was too short, so there was water all over the floor. The parking lot also was full of holes. They said they were renovating, but they have a long way to go.”

“Very nice hotel, nice design and very nice stay experience. In the casino however, I changed up 400-500 in 20’s like 2 times for $100’s from my business, as I am working from out of town for an event…the 3rd time they tried to ID me and refused to change a measly $400 in 20’s, at a casino no less, as if I was the cartel trying to launder money. I know they aren’t really accustomed to people actually taking money out of a casino…..but it was somewhat offensive for a customer staying in……

“The cabin is so beautiful and has great amenities. There were a few things that were broken that would have been better if they weren’t but they were all still usable. The host was prompt when I needed to communicate anything. The hot tub was amazing and the surrounding woods were beautiful. ”
